Next Belt Strategies LLC is a way for me to help companies, startups and leaders in the mortgage, fintech, real estate finance and housing policy space.  As a fractional C-Suite leader, an advisor, Board member or consultant, my work focuses on product strategy, partnership roadmap, fundraising, technology innovation and policy issues.   Across all advisory and writing opportunities, the primary objective is creating more opportunities for the right type of housing for everyone.   Whether renting, owning or a hybrid, we need more access to more types of housing solutions and wealth generation for everyone, particularly those in historically underserved communities.
